Terms of service.
In plain English.

PRE4M designs and sells sports medicine products, including strapping tape, elastic adhesive bandages, sprays, hydration and recovery gear, for athletes, clinics, sports clubs and retailers. You can contact us at Admin@pre4m.com.au or on 0423 718 486.

• You must be 18 or older to place an order, or have a parent or guardian's permission.
• Please give us accurate details and keep your account login private. You're responsible for orders placed through your account.
• Don't misuse the website, for example by trying to access it without permission, interfering with how it works, or scraping its content.

We work to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen, and packaging may change from time to time.

Information on our website, including taping guides and videos, is general information only. It isn't medical advice and doesn't replace advice from a physiotherapist, doctor or other qualified health professional. Always follow the product instructions, don't apply tape to broken or irritated skin, and stop using a product if irritation occurs.

• All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST, unless we say otherwise.
• Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Payment is taken when you place your order, except for approved Locker Room trade accounts with payment terms.
• Prices and promotions can change at any time, but a change won't affect an order you've already placed and we've accepted.
• If a product is clearly mispriced because of an error, we'll contact you before shipping and give you the choice to pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, we suspect fraud, or there's a pricing error. If we cancel, we'll refund any amount you've paid in full.

We ship within Australia and to many countries overseas. Dispatch times, delivery estimates and delivery charges are set out in our FAQ and at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by couriers, weather and public holidays.

The risk in your order passes to you when it's delivered to the address you gave us. If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we'll work with the courier to sort it out.

For international orders, import duties and taxes charged by your country are your responsibility.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Our 30-day change-of-mind returns and how to make a claim are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

If you buy through a Locker Room trade account, the Locker Room Terms also apply, including wholesale pricing, payment terms and credit limits.

If you buy goods to resell, or goods of a kind not ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use, then to the extent the law allows, our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee is limited to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, or paying the cost of doing either.

Except for your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and any other rights that can't be excluded, we aren't liable for any loss that wasn't reasonably foreseeable, or for loss caused by using a product in a way that's contrary to its instructions or the advice of a health professional.

Promotions and discount codes are subject to the terms shown with them and can't be swapped for cash. PRE4M Pro Membership and The Locker Room have their own terms. Gift cards are valid for at least three years from the date of purchase and can't be exchanged for cash, except where the law requires.

The PRE4M name, logos, product designs, photos, videos, guides and other content on this website belong to PRE4M or are used with permission. Please don't copy or use them without our written permission.

We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You and we agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
