Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

These rights apply to every item, including sale items, and they are separate from our change-of-mind policy below.

If an item arrives damaged, is faulty, isn't as described or isn't what you ordered, please email Admin@pre4m.com.au with your order number and a photo if you can. The sooner you tell us, the sooner we can help, but there is no fixed deadline for faulty items under the Australian Consumer Law.

• For a major failure, you can choose a refund or a replacement.
• For a minor failure, we'll repair or replace the item, or refund you if we can't fix it within a reasonable time.
• We cover reasonable return postage for faulty, damaged or wrong items, and refund the original delivery cost where it applies.

Faulty items don't need to be unused or in their original packaging. A product that has been used normally and has failed is still covered.

Changed your mind? We offer change-of-mind returns for 30 days from the day you receive your order. This is on top of your legal rights. To be eligible, the item must be:

• unused, in the same condition you received it;
• in its original packaging; and
• returned with proof of purchase, such as your order number.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened tape rolls, opened sprays and used personal items can't be returned for change of mind.

• Sale items.
• Gift cards.
• Custom, personalised or made-to-order items, such as branded club orders.
• Opened or used tape, sprays and consumables.

This list applies to change-of-mind returns only. If any of these items is faulty, you're covered under section 2.

Email Admin@pre4m.com.au with your order number and the item you'd like to return. Once your return is approved, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send it.

Please contact us before sending anything back. Change-of-mind returns sent without an approved request may not be accepted. Faulty items will always be assessed.

We'll let you know once we've received and checked your return. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to show the refund.

For change-of-mind returns, the original delivery charge isn't refunded and return postage is at your cost, unless we've told you otherwise.

The fastest way to get a different size, colour or product is to return the item you have and place a new order once your return is approved.

Change-of-mind returns on trade orders are by agreement. Please contact us before returning stock. Faulty, damaged or incorrect trade stock is always covered under section 2, and we'll credit your account or replace the stock.
