Information you give us

• Orders: your name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing addresses, and order details.
• Your account: your login details, order history, saved addresses and preferences.
• PRE4M Pro Membership: your points balance, membership tier, rewards you've redeemed and referrals you've made or received.
• The Locker Room (trade accounts): your business name, ABN, business type (for example clinic, club or retailer), contact person, business address, order volumes and payment terms history.
• Contact and support: anything you send us by email, phone, forms or social media, such as questions, return requests or photos of a damaged order.
• Marketing: your email address and preferences if you sign up for our emails.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website we collect information about your device and how you use the site, such as your browser, IP address, approximate location, pages viewed, products added to cart and how you arrived at the site. We collect this using cookies and similar technologies (see section 6).

Payment information

Card payments are processed by our secure payment providers through Shopify's checkout. We do not see or store your full card number.

• To process, ship and track your orders, and to handle returns, refunds and warranty issues.
• To run your account, your Pro Membership points and tiers, and referral rewards.
• To assess and manage Locker Room trade applications, including wholesale pricing, credit limits and payment terms, and to send invoices and payment reminders.
• To answer your questions and provide customer support.
• To send you order updates and important account messages.
• To send you news, offers and product updates if you've agreed to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To understand how people use our website so we can improve it, and to measure and improve our advertising.
• To prevent fraud, keep our website secure and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with people who help us run PRE4M, and only as much as they need:

• Shopify, which hosts our online store and checkout. You can read Shopify's privacy policy.
• Payment providers, to process payments and prevent fraud.
• Couriers and delivery partners, such as CouriersPlease, so they can deliver your order and keep you updated.
• Service providers who help with email, customer support, rewards, analytics, advertising, accounting and IT.
• Professional advisers, such as our accountant or lawyer, when needed.
• Government authorities or others when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.

If you're referred by, or refer, a club or clinic, we may tell the referrer that the referral was successful so their reward can be applied. We won't share your order details with them.

Some of our service providers, including Shopify, store or process information outside Australia, including in Canada, the United States and Europe. We take reasonable steps to make sure these providers protect your information in a way that is consistent with Australian privacy law.

We'll only send you marketing emails or messages if you've agreed to receive them, or where the law otherwise allows it. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, or you can email us to opt out. We'll still send you messages about your orders and account.

Cookies are small files saved on your device. We and our service providers use them to:

• make the website work, for example to keep items in your cart and keep you signed in;
• remember your preferences;
• understand how the site is used, so we can improve it; and
• show you relevant PRE4M ads on other websites and social media, and measure how they perform.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block them, some parts of the site, such as the cart and checkout, may not work properly.

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access or disclosure. Our store and checkout run on Shopify's secure, encrypted platform. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, so please keep your account password private.

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, including to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. After that, we delete it or remove identifying details.

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by emailing us. You can update most account details yourself by signing in. We'll respond within a reasonable time, usually within 30 days. If we can't give you access, we'll explain why.

You can also ask us to delete your account. We may need to keep some information, such as order and invoice records, where the law requires it.

Our website is designed for adults, and for businesses buying for their teams and patients. If you're under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to place your order. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children without a parent or guardian's involvement.

If you have a concern about how we've handled your personal information, please contact us first so we can try to fix it. If you're not happy with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.

We may update this policy from time to time, for example when we add new services or when the law changes. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated at the top.
