WHERE IT STARTED

From the change room.

PRE4M was founded in 2019 on the Gold Coast by a former semi-professional footballer who spent years getting strapped on the sideline before kick-off.

The goal was simple: make sports medicine gear that works as hard as the people who rely on it. That's where the name comes from. PRE4M. Perfecting Performance.

THE PRODUCT

More tape. No compromise.

Every PRE4M rigid roll is 18 metres, against the 13.7m most brands sell. Our LiteWrap EAB rolls are 10 metres, where the usual is 4.5m. And our boxes hold more rolls, too.

For high-sweat, high-contact sport, our Pro Series tape uses a premium sweat-absorbing glue that grips instantly and keeps building its hold.
