Pro Membership.
The Locker Room.

• Pro Membership is free. You join by creating a PRE4M account on our website.
• Membership is for individuals buying for personal use. One account per person.
• Locker Room trade accounts don't earn Pro Membership points.

• You earn points on eligible orders placed through your account. Current earn rates are shown on the Pro Membership page.
• Points are calculated on the amount you pay for products after discounts, and don't include delivery charges, taxes or gift card purchases.
• Points are added after your order has been fulfilled. If you return or cancel an order, or receive a refund, we'll remove the points earned on it.
• We may offer bonus points from time to time. Any extra conditions will be shown with the offer.

• There are three tiers: Rookie, Semi-Pro and Pro. Tier thresholds and benefits are shown on the Pro Membership page.
• Once you reach a tier, you keep it for 12 months. If you spend the threshold for that tier again within those 12 months, you keep it for another 12 months.
• If you don't re-qualify, you move down one tier only.

• You can redeem points for money off a future order or for selected free products, as shown in your account.
• Points have no cash value. They can't be exchanged for cash, transferred to another person, or combined with another account.
• Rewards can't be redeemed on Locker Room trade orders, and may not be combined with some other offers. Any limits will be shown when you redeem.

Your points stay active as long as you earn or redeem points at least once every 12 months. If your account has no points activity for 12 months, your points balance expires. We'll email you before this happens.

• Refer a club or clinic. You can refer a club, clinic or school, including one you play for or work with. When the referred organisation is approved for a Locker Room trade account and its first trade order of $1,000 or more (excluding GST and delivery) has shipped, it receives a free P1 bundle (3 bottle carriers and 18 bottles) with that order. You receive 5,000 Pro Membership points, worth $250, or $100 in trade credit if you hold a Locker Room account.
• Referral rewards are paid once per referred organisation, to the first person who referred it. The referred organisation must be a new PRE4M trade customer.
• Self-referrals, fake accounts and other misuse aren't allowed, and rewards gained that way will be removed.

• The Locker Room is for businesses and organisations buying PRE4M products for professional use or resale, such as physiotherapy and allied health clinics, sports clubs, schools and sporting goods stores.
• You'll need to apply with your business details, including your ABN. We aim to review applications within about one business day, and we may approve or decline any application.
• Joining is currently free. If we introduce a membership fee, we'll give existing members at least 30 days' notice, and you won't be charged unless you agree to it.

• Approved members can buy at wholesale prices, which are visible only when signed in to your trade account.
• Bulk savings are applied automatically: 3% off wholesale on orders of $750 or more, and 5% off wholesale on orders of $1,500 or more (excluding GST and delivery). During trade sales, the sale price applies instead of bulk savings.
• Accounts with high annual volumes may be offered custom volume pricing under a separate written agreement.
• Wholesale prices may change, for example when supplier costs or exchange rates change. Any change won't affect orders we've already accepted.

• Approved members may be offered payment terms of 30 days from the invoice date, up to an agreed credit limit. Longer terms may be offered under a separate written agreement.
• We set and review credit limits based on your order history and payment record, and may change them with notice.
• If an invoice is overdue, we may pause payment terms or new orders until the account is up to date. We'll contact you before doing so.
• Ownership of goods stays with PRE4M until the invoice for them is paid in full. Risk passes to you on delivery.

• Trade credit, including referral credit, can be used on future trade orders. It has no cash value, can't be transferred, and expires 12 months after it's issued.
• Faulty, damaged or incorrect stock is always covered. Change-of-mind returns on trade orders are by agreement. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.

We may change these programs, including earn rates, rewards, tiers, pricing and benefits, or end a program. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email of any change that reduces your benefits. Points you've already earned won't be removed because of a change, and if we end Pro Membership you'll have at least 30 days to redeem your points.

You can close your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or close a membership or trade account if these terms are misused, for example through fraud, abuse of referrals or reselling of rewards. If we close your account for reasons other than misuse, we'll give you a reasonable chance to use your points or credit first.
